Gervasi Vineyard hosted the elegant, gorgeous, extensively decorated and momentous wedding celebration of Mitch & Becca. Becca’s talented mother Mary was involved in every detail leading up to this wonderful day. She hand made save-the-date announcements, shower invitations, formal wedding invitations, menus, and the wedding programs. What beautiful work she did to express her love for her daughter on the big day. Undoubtedly there was considerate time spent selecting every font, color, design, and style for each beautiful wedding detail and clearly everything came together perfectly! As you look at the photographs you can’t help but be drawn to the fabulous flowers which highlighted the entire event. Matthew Moore outdid himself on these amazing arrangements! The combination of colors and design accented every element wonderfully. The capable hands of Trisha of Always Eventful were just what this couple needed to tie everything together and organize a flawless celebration. Thanks to Trisha, this couple was able to take in each special moment of their day.
When we arrived, family and friends were enjoying each other in the comfortable villas as they prepared for the celebration. Early in the afternoon, Becca soaked up the joy and love of her bridesmaids and relatives while fun memories were shared. Before long, this pretty woman was transformed into a gorgeous bride-taking her father’s breath away! Mitch and his friends joked easily as they relaxed and waited for the ceremony to begin. The warm sun and comfortable breeze were perfect for the outdoor service. As the kind priest led Mitch and Becca in their vows, it was clear that the couple’s love was strengthened and supported by the unconditional love of their parents. A sweet ceremony filled with tradition, sacrament, and promise was enjoyed by all.
After spending time for family photographs and wedding party pictures, everyone excitedly gathered in the main pavilion ready to enjoy good food and a good party. Several thoughtful toasts were shared to honor the newly married couple, and especially touching were the prayers led by Mitch’s mother and grandmother as well as the celebratory and delicious challah. As dinner ended and the music stirred guests off their feet, Becca and her father surprised everyone with a fun little dance-complete with light up glasses and everything! Loved ones laughed and talked through the evening, taking in every thoughtful detail that had been planned for their enjoyment. Mitch and Becca just about glowed as they reveled in the joy of celebrating this day with all the people they love most. It had to have been everything they had hoped and imagine it would be.
Mitch and Becca, we wish you all the best and many wonderful years together! May you always cherish, as you did on this day, the sweetness of love shared. Thank you for the opportunity to capture all the beauty that filled your meaningful day.
Part II tomorrow will feature Mitch & Becca’s invitations, save-the-dates, and more. There were so many amazing details, I’ve split this wedding into two posts!
